Once you have submitted your ID and Military Family Registration in the form below, please proceed to register each member of your family on the register link on SmoothComp. Do not pay, and once your ID has been verified, we will aprrove your family's registration on SmoothComp for FREE.  The form below, and the unpaid registration on SmoothComp must be received by 11:59pm on February 15th in order to be eligible for the free military family sign up.
